It was the harvest full moon yesterday●
Luckily I had a chance to see it when I look up the sky last night.
The full moon was so beautiful!
Do you know the origin of Otsukimi？
The people used to thank the fall of a good  harvest.
It was the day to love the moon compassionately❤

So they are similar between Halloween , Thanksgiving day and  Otsukimi.
(well...let me talk about this story  another time)

Now season　it turns to be so ORANGE in the town in U.S.
Awww  vewing a full moon quietly is full of quaint of atmosphere  in Japan
at the same time!
And insect harbinger the arraival of a season......

昨日は、中秋の名月　十五夜でしたね！
昨夜、空を見上げたら見事な満月、とってもきれいでした！

ところで皆さん、十五夜のお月見は何が由来かご存知ですか？
昔々、秋の豊作をお月様に感謝をする日だったそうです。
お月様を愛しむ（いつくしむ）日だったらしいです。

ということは、すこしハロウィンや感謝祭に似ているのかな?
(また、このお話は別の機会に。。。）
アメリカではこの時期、街がガラッとオレンジに一色にかわる時期
日本では、静かにお月見なんて情緒があるな～
また、秋にはすず虫の音が季節の訪れを告げたり
いい季節ですよね～


たまにはスマホを手から放して
季節を感じるのもいいかもしれませんね。(^_-)-☆
