This is Aya from Lideco family!
 
You will be able to find your treasure cafe in Brooklyn I bet.
There are so many kinds of cafes.☕
And it is "free and easy",if I describe.

You can enjoy lots of kinds of coffee with special pasties which the famous bakery
near by at this café
Each one of them is having breakfast, listening music, reading books, doing work..etc..

Oh,I used to see very often some people had a meeting there.
I was wondering they were doing that just next large roasting machine were working busily
next room as the photo you see.
It is too noisy depending on time..aagghh...
No,if anything they seems enjoying coffee aroma of roasted brewed.
No complain either.

I feel this is roots of “The Brooklyn style”.
I just found it out the café opened in Japan!
Why don’t you try and pick your favorite flavor when you have a chance!!!

ニューヨーク、ブルックリンは本当にカフェの宝庫なんです!
色々なタイプのカフェが本当に沢山ありますが、もしそれを表現するならば
『自由気まま』という言葉が合うと思います。
写真にあるカフェは本当に色々な種類のコーヒーが楽しめる場所です。

朝行くと、近くの某有名なフランス人経営のベーカリーのクロワッサンなどが
引きたてのコーヒーと一緒に楽しめます。　　　　



皆、自由きままに朝食をとったり、音楽を聴いたり、本を読んだり、仕事をしたり…



良く、ここでミーティングをやっている人々も見かけました。
こんなうるさくてよく会議なんてできるな？と思っていました。
というのも、このカフェの、すぐ隣の部屋に大きなコーヒーを焙煎する機械が置いてあり
時間によっては、とーーーってもうるさかったりするんです。

でも、誰も文句は言わず、好き勝手自由気ままです。
むしろ、焙煎した引き立てのコーヒーの香りを楽しんでいるのは
ブルックリンの良さなのかもしれませんね。
ここのコーヒーがなんと、日本でも楽しめるんです！
